Problem

Running a national medical association involves multiple moving parts membership applications from local and foreign surgeons, a structured council with term-based governance, a packed events calendar with registration management, a resource library, and a steady flow of public inquiries. None of this had a home. The secretariat was stitching it together across emails, spreadsheets, and manual tracking with no visibility, no audit trail, and no efficiency.

Solution

We built a fully connected two-part platform. The public website gives SLOA a credible digital home members and the public can browse events, access resources, learn about the council, and submit inquiries directly. The admin dashboard is the engine behind it a complete control center where secretariat staff manage membership applications through a review pipeline, maintain member profiles with professional details, publish events and banners to the live site, manage council governance by term and position, and handle all incoming inquiries. Every piece of content on the public website is controlled through the admin panel, keeping the two in perfect sync without any technical overhead.
